"I bout this body protector for around £140 from the local saddlery. It is great for everyday use riding my own horse and also great for jumping, cross country and eventing. It doesn't restrict movement at all. I have had this body protector for around 6 months, I have fell quite a few times and it still looks like new. I would highly recommend this modern, sleek, safe, comfortable and not overly-expensive body protector! I have tried many other body protector's and this has to be the best and most comfortable so far! If you are looking to buy a body protector I would definitely go for this one! "
"As both a horse rider and riding school owner, I can safely say that over the years I have noticed that body protectors always looked and were very bulky and tended to restrict the rider’s movements. So on setting up our own tack shop we spent a considerable amount of time researching possible brands to stock as I knew that a vast majority of the purchasers were likely to end up wearing them in our riding school! I wanted a protector that not only looked good but offered optimum protection and was most importantly comfortable and that I would be happy to ride in. The Outlyne was a revelation. The Ultraflex technology means that it really does mould to your body and almost becomes a second skin. It is pretty lightweight compared to others out there and the design and cut means even those ladies with a larger bust will find this comfortable. The front zip means it is really easy to get in and out of and there are lots of options to adjust the fit on the chest, shoulders and waist which means you have some scope for alteration in case of weight fluctuations or a growing child! The mesh lining does go some way towards preventing the rider from overheating and there’s no bulkiness so you get a good range of movement. No more riding with your arms stuck a foot away from your body! I tried to think of a negative comment and I guess you could argue that there are cheaper protectors out there but I think you would be hard pressed to beat the features and comfort of the Outlyne for the money. I wouldn’t wear anything else now!"
