Adding to the portfolio of riders already wearing Airowear's body protectors; the leading designer has just announced its new product sponsorship partner; Jan Byyny.

Jan is 40 years old, and has been riding and eventing for over 30 years. At 16, Jan worked and trained with Bruce Davidson and eventually with Ralph Hill, David and Karen O’Connor, Phillip Dutton, Mark Phillips, Betsy Steiner, Robert Dover and Laura Kraut.

Consistently a top-ranked U.S. Event rider, Jan has a well-deserved reputation for identifying and producing world-class event horses.

Jan is also quite active in the United States Eventing Association organization as co-chair of the Young Rider committee. She has coached the Area IX Young Rider Championship teams for many years and has presented at numerous USEA year-end conventions. Jan also serves on the United States Equestrian Federation's Eventing Technical Committee.

Although Jan has had an unfortunate 2008, with the loss of her mount 'Task Force' (Jedi) who broke his leg at Southern Pines and Dario, who returned to his owner, we are right behind Jan and wish her the best of luck next season.
