GPS III™

The patented GPS III system is a mechanism at the back of the helmet to adjust its size. The system wraps ¾ around the interior of the helmet to provide a comfortable grip whilst the sculpted tensioning mechanism adjusts with a light touch. The GPS III will not pinch or pull long hairstyles and is ponytail compatible.

GPS II™

The GPS II is a dial mechanism to the back of the helmet. The soft-touch dial permits quick and precise helmet adjustment.

Soft-Tip™

is the structural plastic that is the visor and is co-moulded with a soft, protective outer rim. This visor has been engineered to reduce the possible occurrence of cuts or scrapes in the event of a fall.

Fusion Heel™

The Fusion heel-cup merges the upper and lower shells of the helmet and allows for additional vents positioned below the waist of the helmet. The soft heel protects the base of the helmet during everyday use.

Pittards® WR100X Leather:

WR100X sports leather resists moisture from both rain and perspiration and will dry soft without loss to its supple feel. Advanced water repellent treatment is permanently bonded to each fibre while not clogging the microscopic space in between, so water vapor can pass through the leather.

In-Molding & Polycarbonate:

The in-molding process of the helmet merges the outer polycarbonate shell with the inner EPS liner, to form a single integrated piece. In-moulding is a major advancement in styling and durability of Troxel'd helmets.  The polycarbonate offers a lustrous surface that is highly resistant to scratches, dents, fading and extreme temperatures.

DuraTec™

Pioneered by Troxel, the Duratec process protects the outer shell of the helmet from day-to-day dirt and scratches. Aesthetically, the finish provides a quality feel and a deep, rich appearance. Duratec can be washed with soap and water to restore the original look.

Flip Fold™

The Flip-Fold Fit System provides an adjustable inner liner that can be made thinner or thicker to accommodate various head shapes and hairstyles. Adjustment is made by simply folding over the integrated tabs found within the lining of the helmet.
